Fall Picture Frame Wreath

By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.
                       – Helen Hunt Jackson, September, 1830-1885

It is definitely beginning to feel a lot like fall here in Germany. Mornings are getting cooler. A crisp breeze fills the air. Thoughts of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas filling my head. And its time for some fall crafting (some of my favorite).

I showed you my spring/summer picture frame wreath here. I have really enjoyed having that on our door, so I wanted to stick with the same concept. I used a frame I already had, and a wreath I have used for fall in previous years. I think it turned out really great.

I brought up my fall doormat from the storage room and voila! We are ready for fall.

  1. Gorgeous! I think I’m going to try to combine this project with another that I found, and make a “fall” framed wipe-off memo board. :)

  2. That is really cute. (I’m so ready for fall…it is 101 today)
